OUR GUESTHOUSE

Our building which was built in 1884 was owned by Austrian Embassy for many years. The Embassy used to use this building as a guest house. In 1984 our grandparents bought this property and became home to 3 generations. The name of our guesthouse comes from the village named Kastoria where our grandfather was born. We believed Kastoria was the perfect representation of our identity. Kastoria is now Greek city. In 2019 we renovated the building by staying loyal to its original structure.

Our guesthouse is located in the heart of Ayvalik and only 300 meters away from the city centre and the beach. We have 8 rooms in total. All of our 8 rooms are spacious and bright. There are TV, air conditioners and private bathroom in all rooms. We give traditional Turkish breakfast every morning on our terrace which has panoramic view. You will feel like you?re home with our warm welcome and hospitality.

We are very grateful for our grandfathers and our father who are the main reason for our dream to come true.
